Main Responsibilities:
 
·         Take over ownership and maintain the PCT systems in the area according the relevant standards and procedures
·         Identify and rectify any failures of PCT systems
·         Perform preventive maintenance on PCT systems
·         Interface with Production to resolve all PCT systems issues
·         Maintain sufficient spare parts in central and BU warehouse
·         Assure plant safety and quality including product safety, process safety and labor working environmental safety, high reliability and availability 
·         Develop long term strategies for updates to keep the systems on most current versions
·         Keep systems and documentation updated
·         Implement system modifications and new investment projects
·         Support and implement new investment projects
·         Instruct technical personnel in view of legal obligation and company policy 
·         Train and develop PCT and other personnel in usage of the systems
·         Actively contribute to the development of PCT Standards of BMS and BISS
·         Share experience with System Engineers in other areas
·         Further tasks will be assigned by Supervisor
 
 
Qualifications & Experience:
 
·         Bachelor or Masters degree in electrical, instrumentation, automation or IT engineering from renowned university
·         Work experience in relevant field in design and/or maintenance of E&I of at least 5 years.
·         Knowledge of control systems, instrumentation and associated auxiliaries, digital plant automation structures, bus structures and CAE tools is required.
·         Knowledge of Emerson Delta V Control Systems, Hima ESD Systems, Foundation Fieldbus and Intergraph INtools CAE package is advantageous, but not mandatory.
·         Fluent in written and spoken English including technical English.
·         Open-minded and eager to learn with good communication skills
·         Able to lead and supervise Staff of Engineering Companies
·         Proactive in finding PCT issues and resolving them
·         Contributor in a team environment
