POSITION SUMMARY:
1.Develop and implement Key Account strategy, tactics and program based on shopper insights.
2.Establish and maintain the business relationship with the client, and provide with solutions for any problem.
3.Responsible to transfer the client’s request or feedback to relevant divisions and respond to the client on time.
4.Define growth opportunities based on studying and analyzing account customers’ insights.
5.Build a collaborative working climate with other function to optimize working efficiency
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.Develop Key Account strategy and lead the team to drive the business growth and achieve the sales target through both short term and long term strategies.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1.Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences.
EDUCATIIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Strong analytical skills and strategic and logical thinking
2. Strong customer management, selling, negotiation and trade fund management skills.
3. Familiar with Key Account business channel.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:
1.Be active, ambitious and motivated.
2.Good presentation skills.
3.Fluency in English and Mandarin.
