Admin :
· Lead admin department to deliver logistic and administrative service to all employees. for instance, office and workshop cleaning, transportation arrangement, stationery control, support visa application from local staff or oversea colleagues, canteen service, employee dormitory etc;
· Lead admin department to manage outsourced cleaning service provider, and virescence service provider;
· Lead security department to manage the security service on site.
· Assist GM for BTPU company guideline and policy making and amendment.
· Make sure that all admin performance carried out in BTPU is compliance and meet HES requirements
· Be responsible for all the announcement of BTPU and file the announcements
· Official company Chop caretaker
· Work closely with team member to liaison with Bayer subgroups
· Assisting site manager for other miscellaneous cases
· Other works assigned
HR:
· Be responsible for all BTPU HR issues
· Provide local HR administrative support to ensure alignment with Corporate HR
· Work closely with SH HR team to ensure payroll payment for BTPU
· Provide necessary recruitment activities
· Be responsible for employee training & development
· Provide regular HR reports and analysis
· Give proper advice to staff and clients about HR relevant regulation /policy.
· Work closely with SH HR/ Mercer and Ping’an insurance team for BTPU employee commercial insurance issues ( including contract making/movement provision every month/ employee reimbursement application etc)
· Lead HR assistant to provide HR service to employees like employee personal files and Huku transfer
· Supervise the application for non-Shenzhen citizen employees for Shenzhen Resident Permit handled by assistant
· Be responsible for employee Shenzhen pension insurance system maintenance and housing fund.
· Make sure that all BTPU HR performance is compliance and meet related laws and regulation
· Assisting site manager and HR business partner for other miscellaneous cases
· Other works assigned
Education, Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor degree in related major
· Fluent English both in writing / speaking and mandarin, can speak Cantonese is nice to have
· With 3 years relevant experience
· Good verbal communication skills and team work spirit
· Good computer skills at power point, excel , word and database (e.g. SAP)
· Be responsible and considering
· Be self motivated and active
· Be able to set priorities and work under pressure
· Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Excellent organization and coordination skills.
· Willingness to travel occasionally
· Process improvement and result oriented mindset with the capability to drive enhancements throughout the team.
