ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Other duties may be assigned.)
1. Strategize, formulate and implement key account penetration plans by working with the clients, internal departments, and the sister division – ASCA, who has the ownership of the vendor code.
2. Drive key account revenue by overseeing and owning the sales process, from capturing opportunities, preparing proposals, presenting to clients, closing design-in applications, business biding, chasing orders and forecasting the business.
3. Drive the customer satisfaction by fostering customers’ intimacy and developing long term relationship with customers throughout the product life cycle. Take ownership and be the chief contact of Amphenol Canada to the client.
4. Advocate the business conditions, forecasts, and business intelligence to the management.
5. Liaise and work with the internal parties to achieve the customer needs and deadlines.
REQUIRED DEGREES, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor in engineering disciplines.
2. Language skills required: English and Putonghua.
3. Work experience: 3-5 years of relevant key account management experience with multinational companies in similar industries. Hand-on working relationship with Huawei will be a strong asset.
4. Station in Shenzhen. Willing to travel 30-50% of the time.

· Able to quickly develop realistic and comprehensive business penetration strategies and able to summarize them in clear written forms.
· Habit of persevering to complete objectives on time, with quality thought and execution.
· Above average intelligence required. Ability to learn and perceive fundamental trends in the market (customers and technology) rapidly.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel is required. Experience with any ERP program is an advantage.
DIRECT REPORTING:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager – Asia, with close working relationships with the Key Account Manager for Huawei and the Global Product Managers.
