Bachelor degreeand above;
10 years andabove sales working experience in MNC, to have LED sales experience is a must;
5 years andabove management experience;
Technicalbackground is a plus;
Fluent writtenand oral English;
Aggressive,good teamwork and collaboration skills.

Maintainingexisting business and increase local Demand Creation Activities by developmentmore on shore business opportunities, proper forecasting and planning;
Developing salesstrategy to meet the growth speed of East of China Market and the expectationfrom top management team;
Cooperatingwith Regional Marketing/AE team for market penetration;
Sales teamdevelopment, motivation and integration, coaching and mentoring;
Continuouscustomer satisfaction Improvement.
