Job Description Senior Manager Tendering
?Ensure as sold project specification is in line with pre-calculated offer (standard or custom)
?Ensure DOA and risk review process are fully implemented for all transactions
?Negotiate balanced contract conditions based on ALSTOM standard conditions or approved deviations
?Ensure ALSTOM proposal is always included as part of the contract documents
?Ensure scope of supply and services is clearly specified in the contract
?Well documented, timely and correctly handover of sold projects to execution (complete project documentation, project time schedule, input in financial system)
?Support PM in the selling of change orders 
?Constantly analyze accuracy of pre-calculation and take effective remedial action quickly
?Develop a top performing team
?Hold regular appraisals and take action on non-performers as required
?Drive communications and other activities to increase employee motivation
?Ensure staff attend all necessary training programs so that skills and knowledge are constantly updated
?Maintain effective cross-functional relationships
?Contribute to the development of an effective Capture and Tendering Department
?Help to formulate and implement the company Mission and Strategy
?Drive industry initiatives where appropriate
