Essential Duties
General
-Establish national MKT plan comply to corporate identity and marketing strategy
-Lead MKT team to execute established plan to achieve annual sales target
-Department management and stuff lead
-Annual marketing budget plan and control
Product Management
-According to customer needs, market competition and internal recourse to develop company products strategy including product line and price management, new product development etc.
-Monitor and control the evolution of sales of sink and appliance
-Analyses sales information, projections and other meaningful data and prepares
Consumer Marketing
-According to marketing objective and strategy, develop integrated communication strategy to promote brand and product message
-Consumer inside & Competitor survey
-In terms of the segment and regional situation to develop and execute local communication plan, include ATL and BTL
-Monitor and analyze media trend and information to create new communication method and types to reach target consumer
-Maintain and improve the connection network with relevant institute, co-brand and mass media nationwide.
-Manage media strategy and develop the relationship with media/agency to maximize the exposure opportunity
-Develop CRM program to build efficient communication platform
-Initiate consumer event to support thematic campaign, new product launch and sales promotion etc.
Trade Marketing
-Plan and operate marketing strategy in 4 channels (Retail, DIY, Project and Kitchen Cabinet)
-Plan and execute the new product launch campaign, meanwhile, monitor, and report the launching results
-Plan and organize trade show and event (seminar, opening, road show) for end user and trade customer
-Develop annual showroom plan and retail management system
-Promotion activity support to distribution channel
Training
-Develop annual training strategy & program including training materials and timetable towards sales marketing team and distributor stuff. The training content will cover Brand & Culture, Product knowledge, Sales Skill & Marketing Activities Presentation
