1.Responsibilities:
(1) Responsible for sourcing commodity items, identify, evaluate and develop new suppliers per company guidelines and processes.
(2) Conduct quotation comparison & price negotiation with supplier.
(3) Monitor the samples’ schedule to ensure timely delivery.
(4) Involve in new product design and development.
(5) Manage suppliers, drive and deliver supplier continuous improvement initiatives.
(6) Maintain proper records and documentation for all purchasing.
(7) Meet KPI on cost, quality, NPD and others as agreed by company.
2. Qualifications:
(1) Sourcing experience and supplier management experience is a must. New Product development experience, project management experience or commodity management experience is preferred. Knowledge on lean/six sigma is a plus.
(2) Bachelor degree on technical background.
(3) Over 3 year working experience in multi-national company.
(4) Good written and oral English.
(5) Hands on ERP experience
(6) Good communication, influencing and problem solving skill, good data analysis. Good ethical track record.
