Inspire and guide distributors to develop and foster the markets;

具體的職責(zé)描述：Job Responsibilities

貫徹和執(zhí)行公司的專業(yè)產(chǎn)品銷售策略和政策。完成公司專業(yè)產(chǎn)品在本區(qū)域內(nèi)下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)銷售目標(biāo)（銷售額、利潤率、經(jīng)銷商開發(fā)數(shù)量、質(zhì)量等）；

Implement and execute the company's sales strategies and policies.Achieve the sales target of all product lines within the area（ sales andprofit, distributor quantity and quality） ；

管理和開發(fā)經(jīng)銷商；推動(dòng)和支持經(jīng)銷商完成銷售目標(biāo)；配合經(jīng)銷商進(jìn)行競、招、投標(biāo)；

Develop and manage distributors; Support distributors to succeed in thematch and bid, finally achieve the sales target

發(fā)現(xiàn)新的業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)，培育開發(fā)本區(qū)域市場(chǎng)，獲得項(xiàng)目信息；

Find new business opportunities, foster the markets and obtain projectinformation；

市場(chǎng)競爭對(duì)手的信息獲得，對(duì)公司專業(yè)產(chǎn)品在本區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售前景進(jìn)行分析，并建議應(yīng)對(duì)策略；

Evaluate market and competitors situation; analyze the potential marketsand propose the selling strategies. 

對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)師、專家進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品推薦，尋找和開發(fā)新項(xiàng)目；

Recommend the PRO products to designers and experts; explore newprojects. 

及時(shí)完成公司要求的各類業(yè)務(wù)報(bào)表，包括銷售日、周、月報(bào)表、經(jīng)銷商開發(fā)進(jìn)度表、項(xiàng)目管理表、銷售產(chǎn)品預(yù)測(cè)表等

Prepare a variety of status reports to the schedule, including salesdaily/monthly/distributor development/project management/products forecastreports 

定期向公司反饋直接用戶、經(jīng)銷商、行業(yè)專家對(duì)公司的合理要求（交貨期、安裝、調(diào)試質(zhì)量、售后服務(wù)等）

Regularly collect  the directfeedback from final users, distributors and industry experts to the company, asdelivery date/installation/Testing quality/Customer service 

上級(jí)主管安排的其它相關(guān)工作。

Other duties as assigned.

 EducationalQualification

學(xué)歷Educational Background：大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷Bachelor degree or above 

相關(guān)專業(yè) Relevant Major ：理工類專業(yè)science/technology or other related majors

英語聽說讀寫流利，英語大學(xué)六級(jí)或以上優(yōu)先

Conversant in English, both spoken and written, CET-6 passer preferred

Master office software, such as, excel, word and PowerPoint 

具有基本的銷售分析能力；
