負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域商用和酒店業(yè)務(wù)銷售目標(biāo)的管理和實(shí)現(xiàn)；商用和酒店業(yè)務(wù)的洽商和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程的跟蹤管理。
Responsible for Regional BMS and Hospitality Products sales managementand achieve the sales target; Responsible for following up and negotiation inBMS and Hospitality projects
負(fù)責(zé)本區(qū)域內(nèi)酒店工程項(xiàng)目開發(fā)、競標(biāo)、跟蹤和管理工作等，最終達(dá)成區(qū)域銷售目標(biāo)。
Follow up Hospitality projects exploration/ bidder/tracking; finallyachieve the regional sales targets.
具體的職責(zé)描述：Job Responsibilities
貫徹和執(zhí)行區(qū)域內(nèi)的酒店項(xiàng)目專業(yè)產(chǎn)品銷售策略和政策。完成公司專業(yè)產(chǎn)品在本區(qū)域內(nèi)下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)銷售目標(biāo)（銷售額、利潤率、經(jīng)銷商開發(fā)數(shù)量、質(zhì)量等）；
Implement and execute the company's sales strategies and policies of Hospitalityprojects. Achieve the sales target of all product lines within the area（ sales andprofit, distributor quantity and quality）
發(fā)現(xiàn)新的業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)，和設(shè)計(jì)師、國際酒店管理集團(tuán)、開發(fā)商等建立良好合作關(guān)系，培育開發(fā)本區(qū)域市場，獲得項(xiàng)目信息；
Find new business opportunities, establish good relationship with designers,international hotel management group, developers , foster the markets andobtain project information；
市場競爭對(duì)手的信息獲得，對(duì)公司專業(yè)產(chǎn)品在本區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售前景進(jìn)行分析，并建議應(yīng)對(duì)策略；
Evaluate market and competitors situation; analyze the potential marketsand propose the selling strategies.
對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)師、專家進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品推薦，尋找和開發(fā)新項(xiàng)目；
Recommend the PRO products to designers and experts; explore newprojects.
參與建議并推進(jìn)實(shí)施相關(guān)的廣告宣傳計(jì)劃或各類推廣活動(dòng)；
Participate andpropose related marketing plan and marketing activities
執(zhí)行其他可能隨時(shí)分配之相關(guān)的任務(wù)

EducationalQualification
學(xué)歷EducationalBackground：大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷Bachelor degree or above
相關(guān)專業(yè) Relevant Major：理工類專業(yè) Hospitality management or other related majors
