Responsibilities:
崗位職責(zé)
1. Process invoice in ERP system. Assistaccountants to solve the problematic invoices.
在ERP系統(tǒng)中輸入發(fā)票信息,協(xié)助會(huì)計(jì)處理有問題的發(fā)票
2. Check and approve the invoice processedin ERP system.
在ERP系統(tǒng)中檢查并批準(zhǔn)已輸入的發(fā)票信息
3. Require statement from supplier andreconcile with system data.
與供應(yīng)商溝通取得對(duì)帳單,并與系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)核對(duì)
4. Prepare weekly/monthly tracker reportsas required.
根據(jù)要求提交跟蹤報(bào)表
5. Cooperate with accountant to file thedocuments.
協(xié)助會(huì)計(jì)進(jìn)行文件歸檔
6. Other ad hoc jobs assigned by supervisoror accountant.
完成主管和會(huì)計(jì)交給的任務(wù)
Requirements:
要求
1. College graduation and above, withprimary accounting knowledge.
大專及以上學(xué)歷,有基本財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí).
2. Be careful, diligent, and modest enough;with high passion to job and life.
嚴(yán)謹(jǐn), 勤奮, 學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),對(duì)工作生活保持積極態(tài)度.
3. Proficient in office software Excel,Word; typing speed 120 words/minute at least.
精通Excel, Word等辦公軟件,電腦字符輸入速度在每分鐘120字以上.
4. Good communication skill in Chinese; canread English materials and write email in English.
中文溝通能力強(qiáng),能看懂英文文件和用英文發(fā)送郵件.
